Create a project
Tap “Create my first project”, give it a name and enter your opening balance and its date. Set a safety buffer if you want one.

Add the costs that repeat
“Add money out” has templates for rent, payroll, social security, utilities or quarterly VAT. Choose the frequency and the first date.

Add the money you expect in
Use “Add money in” for each invoice or expected receipt, with its date and, if you like, the customer's name.

Read the forecast
The Forecast tab shows the balance by week or by month and, if there is one, a warning with the date it would drop below zero.

Keep the balance up to date
When money comes in or goes out, open the entry and tap “Mark as received” or “Mark as paid” at the real amount.
Rather look before you type? “Explore a sample project” loads a fictional café; you can also add it later from More → Settings.
Common questions
The current balance does not match my bank balance
The current balance is your opening balance plus everything you have marked as received or paid. Check for overdue entries not yet recorded (the overview points them out) and mark them at the real amount. The app does not connect to your bank, so it only knows what you record.
What does the app do with an overdue entry I have not recorded?
It assumes it happens today: the entry stays in the forecast until you mark it as received or paid, or skip it.
How do I change the language?
Under More → Settings → Language you can choose the device language, Spanish or English.
How do I try a scenario without spoiling my plan?
From Forecast, open Scenarios and create one from the optimistic or pessimistic template, or a blank one. A scenario only changes pending entries; your plan, the base case, is left untouched.
How do I send the forecast to my partner, bank or accountant?
Under More → Export you create a PDF report or CSV data and share it with the app you choose from the Android share sheet.
How do I delete my data?
More → Settings → Delete all data removes every project, entry, scenario and purchase. This cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app also deletes everything.
I changed phone and my projects are gone
Data is stored on the device only and is not copied to the cloud, so it is not restored on a new phone. If you exported a PDF report or CSV data, your figures are there for you to enter again.
