In short
- Negocio Control has no accounts, no server and no analytics. It does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data.
- Everything you enter is stored on your device only.
- The app does not declare the internet access permission.
- An exported file leaves your phone only when you share it.
Who is responsible
This policy describes how data is handled by the Negocio Control app for Android (package name negocio.control.app) and by the website negociocontrolapp.sbs.
For any question about privacy or about your data, the only contact address is [email protected].
What data the app handles
The app works only with what you type into it and with your device's language. None of this data leaves the device on the app's initiative.
| Data | Where it comes from | Where it is kept | Does it leave the device? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Projects: name, note, opening balance, balance date and safety buffer | Typed by you | App-private storage on the device | No |
| Entries: description, customer or supplier name, category, amount, dates, frequency, notes and what you have marked as received or paid | Typed by you | App-private storage on the device | No |
| Scenarios and planned purchases | Typed by you | App-private storage on the device | No |
| App settings: language, current project and chosen scenario | Chosen by you | App-private storage on the device | No |
| Exported PDF and CSV files | Created by the app when you ask | The app's private cache folder | Only when you share the file through the Android share sheet, with the app you pick |
| Device language | Android | Not stored; it is read to choose the app's language | No |
Customer and supplier names are optional. If you use the app for your business, you decide what you type; either way, it stays on your device.
What leaves the device
The app sends nothing. Only two actions, both started by you, hand information to other apps:
- Export. You create a PDF or a CSV and choose an app in the Android share sheet. From that moment the receiving app's own privacy terms apply.
- Links in “About”. The privacy policy opens in the browser and the contact address opens your mail app.
Third parties
None. The app contains no advertising networks, analytics, crash reporting, cloud storage or payment providers. Fonts and icons are bundled in the app itself.
Permissions
The app asks for no permission while you use it and does not declare the internet access permission (INTERNET). It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, files or the device calendar.
Retention and deletion
- Data stays on the device until you delete it.
- Settings → Delete all data removes every project, entry, scenario and purchase.
- Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android settings, removes everything, including exported files still in the cache.
- Android cloud backup is switched off for the app, so your plans are not copied to your Google account. As a result, data is not restored on a new phone; exporting is the way to keep a copy.
If you write to us
We receive no personal data through the app. The only processing we carry out is the correspondence you start: if you write to [email protected], we receive your e-mail address and whatever you tell us in the message, and we use it to reply to you.
This policy is written with users in Spain and the European Union in mind, where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. Because the app's data is on your device only, you view, correct and delete it yourself, directly in the app. For any request about e-mails you have sent us, write to the same address.
